Still my most trusted mechanics. I made the "mistake" of having simple work done at another shop and the guys at ASAP noticed the work and pointed out the issues with the items, and the old hardware though I'd been charged for new.

Great work. I went in for tire change and was very pleased. They were informative and willing to work with whatever need you have. I’ve been to places that they try to push you to do more and more work, but here it was just suggested, well documented but not pushy at all. Very happy with how they do business.

If I could give these amazing guys 10 stars, I would. I went in thinking possibly brakes (squealing on and off), a belt going south, and 2 new tires. Needless to say, I know nothing about under the hood. Lol. Turns out they checked the van over with a fine tooth comb and found some pretty needed work on the power steering, axles, cabin air system, among other. They busted to get the van back to me before I was off vacation being my only car. They walked me through everything done and answered all my (probably silly) questions without making me feel like an idiot. It was an expense I was obviously not expecting but it was reasonable for all the work and time put in. They even power washed the beast for me, and if you know me, you know 🤣🤣🤣. Needless to say, they have my undying respect and business. I highly recommend them to friends and family. Just a great group of knowledgeable guys all around.

I had a car we were prepping to sell but didn’t want to list it until we had a qualified mechanic check it out to make sure we weren’t selling anyone a lemon. They went above and beyond to test all systems and gave it a clean bill of health. I’ve bought cars before that I regretted not having it fully inspected and didn’t want anyone else to go through that. Michael and his team were very thorough and we felt extremely comfortable listing and selling the vehicle after their approval. Can’t believe these guys have been right down the street for years and we hadn’t used them previously. Highly recommend!

Called ASAP after checking online for auto shops in my area. After reading other reviews ASAP reviews were all good. Asked Mike for an estimate on service for brake work on our 2013 GMC Terrain. Compared to other auto repair shops, his estimate was considerably lower. He explained in great detail how he would check all aspects of of proper brake service and gave me an estimate over the phone. Dropped the "Jimmy" off on Thursday afternoon and he had finished the brake job by 3:00 PM Friday. His charge was $1.00 more than his estimated cost ! Great competent and professional service. Will advise all my friends that need auto repair to go to ASAP.

I always recommend this place to everyone in the local FB groups searching for a mechanic. It's rare to find one you trust, but I got lucky when I stumbled into this place. I've taken my car to here for three separate issues, and each was fixed without any attempted upcharges. One trip was for my alternator. I'd taken my car to 4 other mechanics with power issues, and no one would check the alternator even when I asked them to. They acted like I was stupid. Here, Michael was stunned they hadn't changed it before. He swapped it out and she was good as new. After years of trouble and 4 new batteries, my old car is finally reliable. 10/10 recommend

I had issues with a previous car and had mechanics take advantage of me being a female car owner. Since getting my truck in 2018, I came across ASAP auto. I will not be taking my car to get serviced anywhere else. Mike and his crew are professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy. Mike and his crew will take their time to do a complete workup of your car to make everything is corrected the first time - and only bill you for what what serviced without additional surprises. At one point, when my truck was under warranty and throwing an engine code, Mike researched and assessed for causes of the code, and before sending me to the dealer for them to diagnose the program - Mike located a bee 🐝 in the sensor and that was the code (lol 😂) saving me from going to the dealership to fix whatever they thought the problem would be. Will be a returning costumer for sure!

I took my 2015 Ford Escape to ASAP Automotive because I was getting a check engine light off and on. The light would come on for a few hours or maybe a day and then go off. This would happen every few weeks. It turned out to be a P0420 code, which means the catalytic converter was going bad. I trusted ASAP Automotive to make the repairs and they did. I was impressed with their service and price. I will use them in the future for my repai needs.

They do excellent work, communicate the issues in simple terms, and they get the job done quickly. I highly recommend this shop!

Mike and the guys do a terrific job of pricing the repairs, that you can agree to, and your vehicle is always ready to go when they tell you. ASAP is the only place I could find in fountain inn and simpsonville that could mount and balance 24 inch wheels. Very high tech machine they showed me it also checks “road force” . They also put a new battery in my truck the dealer wanted to charge me $500 dollars and Mike the owner only charged me $280. I need new tires soon the only place I’ll be going is ASAP I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars !!!!

I came to ASAP in search of a fix to my instrument cluster after the Nissan dealer said I needed a brand new $900 cluster yet it was on national backorder. Nissan service department had no resolution or options for me. I was lost. Josh took my car in quickly and the tech found the problem. Wires bad connection. IE I didn't need a new cluster. They saved the day.

Brought my 2005 Subaru STI here for an oil change and had them take a look at an issue with my short shifter that 3 previous shops (2 of which specialized in Subarus) were unable to figure out.

ASAP took the time to properly diagnose and fix it at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed in this shop's professionalism and integrity, and will definitely be using them if I have any issues with my vehicles in the future.

WOW. I can't praise ASAP enough. Mike is attentive and is the most honest mechanic I've come in contact in almost 50 years. It's the only place I send my friends and family. I drove from out of state to get their service.They put a new set of tires on my ride and I was out the door in a little over an hour.

We went to this shop based on a recommendation. We had the front brake pads and rotors on my wife's 2018 Camaro SS replaced with EBC components due to the stock rotors had warped twice. The only issue we had was the wrong pads were initially ordered, but it wasn't ASAP's fault. EBC had the wrong part number listed in the catalog for the brake pads. ASAP explained the situation to us and had the correct pads in two days later. We are pleased with their professionalism and quality of service. Highly recommend.

My name is Nate Hopman I own Next Level Tree And Excavation. 3 years ago I met Mike the owner and boy am I glad. We have a total of 3 to 4 trucks running at all times and they work hard. When my trucks break down he handles it all I call give him my location he send a tow truck over and will quickly diagnose them. The repair is always in a timely manner and the price is extremely fair compared to A dealer. He is always thinking of while we spend the money on the parts let's get a better quality so it lasts longer. Love that mentality. David and Little Mike do most of mechanical wrenching. Super friendly very knowledgeable techs these guys go through the truck with me sometimes when they can and vividly on the process. So even when we are talking about diagnosis a 2019 diesel which not many smaller shops can these guys have had to do some re learning and forced re Gen and fixed it. They have fully rebuilt the suspension and front end ​on that truck as well. They also have a tire and mount machine that sets apart from just a few at all in this Area. Mike can safely mount a 24 inch wheel and to a "road force" test. Josh is the new guy up front i call him . Hes been there a while but i was there first !! Hahahaha. Great group of people and glad to be a small part in the come up!
